The Sales Support Specialist will collaborate with the Senior Sales Coordinator to provide technical information, product application, administrative support, and customer order and accounting follow-up to Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, and Customers, with a primary responsibility toward customer satisfaction.

This is an on-site position in our Westfield, MA manufacturing facility.

• Serve as a key liaison between customers, regional sales managers, and brokersensuring smooth communication and professional support across order, production, and billing processes.
• Accurately process customer orders received via fax, email, mail, or EDI, ensuring all pricing, freight, and additional charges are correctly applied.
• Confirm orders using the customers preferred method and expedite them through production when needed.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders, keeping all stakeholders informed with timely updates.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer invoice files for easy access and reference.
• Enter and track quality assurance complaints and support resolution of short payments and sales-related deductions.
• Manage sample and literature requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Provide backup support to the Senior Sales Support Coordinator and assist with hosting customer or sales rep visits.
• Coordinate new item setups, including artwork for custom printed products, and share forecast data with Supply Chain for new business planning.
