Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with framing, drywall, siding, window and door installation, cabinetry, flooring, and trim.
Learn how to read blueprints, work plans, and specs under mentor supervision.
Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install building materials.
Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Follow instructions from lead carpenters and foremen while asking questions to build your knowledge.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Track work hours, tasks, and performance using job‑site apps and tools.
Qualifications2–3 years of carpentry experience OR graduate of a trade school program.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the residential construction industry.
Comfortable with email, text, and time‑tracking apps.
Ability to follow directions, stay focused, and work safely.
Reliable transportation to job sites (company vehicle use may be available).
Own or willing to acquire basic carpentry tools.

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional overtime may be required depending on project needs.
LocationProjects located throughout Hampton and Hampshire Counties, Massachusetts.
Local travel only – no overnight stays.
