We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents, focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment. You will also oversee gymnastics programs for older children who participate independently, promoting fitness, confidence, and teamwork.

At My Gym, your role goes beyond teaching “Parent and Me” programs. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. • Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
• Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
• Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
• Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones

• Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
• Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
