• Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a comprehensive financial plan that includes brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑management solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.

Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

• Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• At least three years’ experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
• Obtained your insurance licenses.

US - NJ - Westfield - 173 Elm St (NJ6258) Pay and benefits information:
Pay range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
