Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, professional development, and employee discounts.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, quick‑learning individual to join our fast‑growing veterinary hospital for full‑time or part‑time employment. The Pharmacy/Lab Technician will run our in‑house laboratory, fill prescriptions for multiple doctors, and maintain laboratory and pharmacy equipment.

• Complete all prescriptions as written within the appropriate time frames.
• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date pharmaceutical inventory.
• Complete and document all in‑house lab work as requested.
• Assist in preparation of lab work.
• Understand the purpose of each laboratory test and how sample quality affects results.
• Order laboratory supplies as needed.
• Check and resolve “orphans” daily.
• Aid doctors and technicians in pharmacy‑related tasks as requested.
• Perform in‑house lab equipment maintenance and quality control.
• Handle all incoming pharmacy calls and voicemails for requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Animal Science program or related field is ideal.
• Minimum of two years working in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Exposure to zoonotic diseases, noxious fumes, and airborne particles – PPE provided.
• Noise level can be loud.

Full‑time or part‑time – 10, 12, or 8 hour shifts, day, night, weekend availability.

High school or equivalent (Required). Veterinary Technician experience preferred.
