Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will hold an active PTA license in the state of practice and be able to evaluate and treat independently, with a focus on geriatric residents’ mobility and wellness.
