This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Springfield, NJ. The Associate will support clients with a broad range of family law cases by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients during legal proceedings. Responsibilities include reviewing case files, preparing legal arguments, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the legal process. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in mediation or arbitration efforts will also be a key part of the role.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and document drafting
• Experience in or knowledge of litigation, mediation, and arbitration processes
• Familiarity with family law, including divorce, custody, and related matters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey State Bar
• Prior experience in family law is a plus
