Compensation is entirely performance-based.

• Support clients through all stages of buying, selling, or leasing properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Provide market insights, pricing advice, and legal guidance
• Negotiate offers and contracts on clients’ behalf
• Promote listings via MLS, social media, and other channels
• Build and maintain client networks and generate leads
• Prepare and manage real estate documents and coordinate with involved parties
• Track market trends and perform comparative market analyses
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and uphold professional ethics

• Valid New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, contract details, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in handling transactions and fostering client relationships
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Skilled in using CRM platforms and real estate technology applications
