As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests. You will help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

• Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restocks the front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Maintains a positive attitude at all times and greets guests enthusiastically.
• Strives to exceed guest expectations.
• Works as a team player and maintains a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for Qdoba.
• Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain quality.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Serves guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clears, organizes, and restocks all stations.

$16.00/hr – $18.00/hr
