Are you ready to build your career and earn unlimited commissions in a fun, fast-paced environment? GP Mobile offers this opportunity! Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a retail team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They are passionate about technology, customer service, and building relationships. This role involves learning and developing skills for advancement to Retail Associate Manager. Successful completion of new employee training is required.
What You’ll Do In Your Role
- Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing excellent customer experiences and loyalty.
- Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Demonstrate the latest technology, accessories, and IoT devices.
- Approach customer needs with integrity and compassion.
- Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
- Learn about network coverage, plans, and services to educate customers.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
- Engage with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The Experience You’ll Bring

- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
