40 Dreams is seeking a reliable, friendly, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our full-time team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering healthy, chef-prepared meals to our clients — primarily seniors in the community — using a company-provided vehicle. You are often the face of 40 Dreams, and your professionalism and care directly impact the experience of our clients.

Pick up and deliver meals on an assigned route each day, following scheduled delivery windows

Handle all deliveries with care, maintaining proper temperature standards for food safety

Greet clients warmly and professionally at each stop; report any concerns about client wellbeing to management

Operate and maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe condition

Complete daily delivery logs and confirm deliveries accurately

Communicate route delays, issues, or changes to the dispatcher promptly

Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety guidelines at all times

Assist with loading and unloading meals at the facility as needed

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)

Ability to pass a background check

Physically able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand, bend, and walk regularly throughout the shift

Strong time management skills and ability to follow a route schedule

Friendly, patient, and respectful demeanor — especially with elderly clients

Basic smartphone navigation skills

Reliable and punctual

Prior experience in delivery, food service, or working with seniors
