Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Process Accounts Payable Invoices according to documented operational procedures with efficiency and accuracy for both domestic and international locations
- Process monthly volumes of 500-600 invoices each month across multiple different ERP systems and different Netscout entities
- Assist with AP query resolution
- Assist with reporting requirements of the AP team including running AP Agings, hold reports, etc.
- Record international VAT taxes for AP invoices with accuracy
- Assist with administrative aspects of APsubledger close processes
- Perform peer reviews of invoices entered to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies
- Execute internal and SOX control procedures as defined by management
- Prepare various ad hoc reports and other special tasks for management as requested
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business operations is preferred
- 2+ years of related accounts payable experience in the technology industry
- Large ERP experience, Oracle preferred, Knowledge of Net Suite a plus.
- Previous software industry/public company experience preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, & strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
- Flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
- Experience working with international entities and foreign currencies preferred
- High level of proficiency in Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, ADI Uploads)
