Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator/Paralegal to assist with contract management and administration, as well as corporate governance and ad hoc projects. This person s enthusiasm for continual improvement will enable the legal team to evolve as it supports the growing global cybersecurity organization. The Contracts Administrator/Paralegal will provide support related to all aspects of US commercial contracting.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. The Contracts Administrator, based in Westford, MA, will work closely with the firm s HR, tax, and finance groups, the wider global operations team, and our external law firms.
- Support drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and consulting agreements
- Maintain file systems for legal documents, including managing Docu Sign requests and internal storage and corporate records
- Organize and update contract templates for client, vendor, and contractor relationships
- Assist with preparation and tracking of corporate resolutions for all entities within the firm s global structure
- Coordinate with finance team and external legal counsel to prepare, track, and maintain global equity records and documentation
- Directly support Contracts Legal Team on ad hoc projects, including, for example, legal research on relevant topics, development of internal policies, and administration of compliance programs
- 2+ years of contracts administration in a corporate setting (technology experience preferred)
- Associate s degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent required
- Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues, particularly in a fast-paced corporate setting; ability to manage many projects with minimal supervision and on a deadline; effective problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI a plus. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Tools, Salesforce and Oracle preferred; experience with other databases a plus
