The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs, building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, and maintaining an industry-leading customer satisfaction index.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of previous service or advising experience preferred
• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
• Organizational skills, including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers, and ensure that work is done properly
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payments
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
