• Support proposal initiatives and manage complex high-dollar subcontracts from supplier selection to RFP/RFQ submission, proposal/quote receipt, analysis, negotiation, PO documentation, and monitoring supplier issues and delivery.
• Perform cost and price analysis and assist with technical assessments of supplier proposals.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and work with them to ensure contract delivery dates are met.
• Ensure compliance with program and FAR/DFARS requirements and subcontract terms and conditions.
• Manage long‑term, complex supplier relationships.
• Demonstrate knowledge of government regulations (FAR/DFAR/ITAR).
• Build and maintain constructive, professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in program and subcontract supplier reviews.
• Work closely with internal customers (PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.).

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with international procurement.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word.
• Experience in writing compliant Cost and Price analyses.
• Experience dealing with internal/external customers.
• Problem‑solving and risk mitigation plan development.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Team orientation and active participation.
• Strong work ethic and multi‑tasking ability.
• Domestic/International travel up to 10‑15%.
