Onsite role in Westford, MA. This will be a long term contract role.

• BSME/MSME
• Experience with data networking equipment, telecommunications equipment, high-speed signal equipment, data center storage, and routing equipment
• Proficiency in Solid Works and EPDM
• Agile experience and familiarity with PLM tools and the ECR process
• Testing experience for thermal, EMI, shock, and environmental factors
• Expertise in sheet metal design for low and mid-volume manufacturing (stamping, progressive dies, tooling, punches)
• Experience with sheet metal enclosure design for electro‑mechanical packaging, considering power, thermal, EMI, and NEBS compliance
• Experience with Circuit works is preferred

• Provide mechanical engineering support for multiple new product development projects with short development cycles
• Design rack‑mounted enclosures for ISP, Telco, and data networking applications
• Create product documentation, including ECRs, BOMs, component specifications, and test and compliance documentation
• Support prototype and test activities, including thermal, EMC, NEBS, and environmental tests (may require lab work using hand tools and machine shop equipment)
• Support project management, collaborate with other functional groups, create schedules, and coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure project timelines are met
