About the Corporate Communications / Marketing team:The Analyst Relations (AR) Manager will lead engagement with industry analysts to strengthen our market position, shape external perception, and support go‑to‑market success. This role requires a deep understanding of observability, cybersecurity, and enterprise software landscapes, as well as experience managing relationships with key analyst firms such as Forrester, IDC, ESG, and 451 Research.
You will partner and collaborate closely with leadership, product marketing, and corporate communications to ensure NETSCOUT’s vision and innovations resonate and are reflected positively in analyst evaluations, research reports, and market assessments.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Strategic Analyst Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and analyst firms, ensuring consistent, high‑impact communications.
- Build and manage relationships with key industry analysts covering observability, cybersecurity, IT operations, AIOps, and related markets.
- Support, refine and execute a proactive analyst relations strategy aligned with business priorities, product launches, and market trends.
- Drive participation in analyst evaluations (e.g., Forrester Wave, IDC Market Scape), managing submissions, briefings, and follow‑ups.
- Discover, nurture, and promote net‑new opportunities with internal stakeholders for greater Analyst reach to evangelize NETSCOUT uniqueness, compelling value and thought leadership.
- Help to leverage analyst insights to inform corporate strategy, competitive analysis, and product roadmaps.
- Maintain a comprehensive AR calendar and database of interactions, briefings, and deliverables.
- Track, summarize and report analyst sentiment, coverage, and market perception to senior leadership.
- Coordinate internal readiness for analyst engagements, ensuring spokespeople are briefed and aligned on key narratives.
- Manage analyst budget and spends aligned to leadership directives and company processes.
- Collaborate with PR, Product Marketing, Product Management and Demand Generation teams to amplify and evangelize analyst content through campaigns, media articles, press releases, and thought leadership programs.
- Support sales enablement with analyst materials, reports, and third‑party validation assets.
- Help secure analyst participation in company events, webinars, and advisory sessions.
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Communications, or Product Marketing within the enterprise technology sector.
- Demonstrated success managing relationships with top‑tier analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of observability, IT operations, AIOps, and cybersecurity domains.
- Excellent communication, process management, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in SaaS or hybrid‑cloud environments.
- Background in public relations, analyst relations, or competitive intelligence.
