We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement – Buyer to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing purchase orders and support documentation in compliance with departmental policies and FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations.

• Issue purchase orders across multiple programs.
• Manage all phases of procurement (from development through closeout).
• Ensure supplier delivery commitments align with program schedules.
• Submit compliant RFQs.
• Perform price analyses.
• Negotiate for fair pricing.
• Support proposals by requesting, analysing, and evaluating supplier quotations.
• Participate in program and supplier reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Assist team members with procurement activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Use advanced Excel skills to efficiently manage large data sets and requisition lines.
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities to handle parallel program activities.

• Typically requires a BS/BA degree and 2 years of relevant experience or a advance degree.
• Two years of prior Buying Experience Knowledge of government regulations (FAR/DFAR/ITAR/CUI) U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Ability to work closely with internal customers (Operations, PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.).
• Support Raytheon’s initiatives and KPI’s such as Supplier OTD, Cost Savings, and Continuous Improvement events.
• Adherence to Supply Chain processes, standards, and operational plans in support of procurement goals.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word. Advanced Excel skills to efficiently manage large data sets and requisition lines.
• Experienced in SAP.
• Able to solve problems and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Strong negotiations skills.
• Team oriented – must be an active participant.
• Able to self‑manage.
• Strong work ethic, multi‑tasking.
• Domestic Travel may be required 10%.

• Relocation – NOT ELIGIBLE
• Salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
