Medical Device Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Westford, MA

Pay: $21.50–$23.00 per hour, depending on shift

Available Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | $21.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM | $23.00/hour

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to assemble and test medical devices and components in a controlled manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will follow established work instructions, maintain quality standards, and help ensure products meet manufacturing and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble and test medical devices and components.
• Follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and manufacturing standards.
• Handle small parts and components with care and precision.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Use basic computer systems to support production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow established quality control procedures and workplace guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with small parts and components.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus.

Important Work Environment Requirements

This position is in a controlled manufacturing environment with specific clothing and gowning requirements. Candidates must be comfortable following workplace rules regarding clothing, shoes, jewelry, nails, makeup, and personal items.
