founded in 2012, the westford veterinary emergency & referral center is an animal care facility like no other. Our campus spans 3 buildings totaling 17,000 square feet. We offer 24/7 emergency & critical care, urgent care, anesthesiology & pain management, internal medicine, orthopedic & soft tissue surgery, neurology & neurosurgery, and physical therapy. New equipment is selected by the very team destined to use the technology.

We are proud to offer a complete in-house laboratory, 3 dr radiology rooms, 3 ultrasound suites, 6 roomy surgical suites, ct scanner, digital endoscope system, minimally invasive surgery tower, and a 1.5t mri.

what you’ll do

• examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically
• collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians
• participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field

requirements

• doctor of veterinary medicine degree or equivalent degree required
• 2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a veterinary hospital setting is preferred
• internship training is also preferred but not required
• ability to attain ma veterinary license
• excel in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
