Job Title: Sales Rep, Sales Representative, Service Sales Rep, Outside Sales Rep
Location: Westford, MA, Chelmsford, MA, Boston, MA
Compensation: $80K-$110K (DOE) Base + Uncapped commission
Requirements: 3+ years outside sales experience selling commercial roofing service contracts

We are known for high‑quality commercial roofing solutions, specializing in roof repair, restoration, and replacement services. We are looking for 1‑2 Outside Sales Reps to drive our growing footprint through the Boston region.
What You'll Do:We are looking for a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
