The Role We Are Hiring For

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will own the full sales process from inspection to close. This is not a desk job and not a phone-only role. You will be meeting homeowners face to face, climbing roofs to perform inspections, and presenting solutions inside the home.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough roof inspections, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and confidence. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, discipline, and comfort working in the field.

What We Are Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable being held accountable to results.

Requirements:

  • Proven in-home sales experience, preferably in home improvement or similar industries
  • Willing and able to climb roofs confidently and without hesitation to perform inspections. This is a required part of the role
  • Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between appointments
  • Ability to build trust quickly and close sales inside the homeowner’s home
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused and driven in a performance-based environment

  • Strong communication, listening, and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and execute sales strategies
  • Comfort using technology to manage leads, inspections, and proposals
  • Ownership of performance metrics including close rate, average ticket size, and lead conversion
