Salary: $65,000 – $125,000+ per year.

• Sell and lease new and used vehicles, ensuring full knowledge of features and benefits
• Explain financing and leasing options to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with prospects
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for each transaction
• Keep customers informed, follow up on leads, and maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge
• Meet or exceed gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn federal, state, and local auto‑sales laws
• Understanding of equity, depreciation, and financial terms
• Strong sales ability and a customer‑oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal‑oriented team player mentality

The full‑time position requires 40+ hours per week, typically five days a week. Weekend and holiday work is expected as needed.
