• Qualified and experienced snowplow contractors with their own equipment
• Qualified Snowplow Operators to drive town equipment

The Town of Westford DPW Department is seeking qualified and experienced snowplow contractors with their own equipment for hire for our 2025 - 2026 Snow & Ice Program. The Town of Westford Highway Department is seeking qualified Snowplow Operators to drive town equipment on an as‑needed, on‑call, and seasonal basis for snow removal. Must possess a valid Class D driver's license and a good driving record. Prior plowing experience and familiarity with the streets of Westford is required. Compensation is paid as follows:

1 to 2 years experience – $38.00/hour, 3 to 5 years experience – $40.00/hour, 5+ years of experience – $42.00/hour.

After 12 hours of continuous plowing: 1 to 2 years experience – $43.00/hour, 3 to 5 years experience – $45.00/hour, 5+ years of experience – $47.00/hour.
