Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support the backstage powerhouse of our stores. The role is physically demanding and high-intensity, keeping stock moving and the shop floor ready for customers.
You'll work late shifts with an unsocial premium (£3.00 p/h between 22:00–06:00) and must be flexible across store areas, with a digital mindset for stock tracking and deliveries.
