Operations & Accounting Manager (Healthcare + Tech)

Pro Med Health Plus is an advanced wound care and healthcare innovation company integrating medical technology, AI, and biotech to simplify provider operations. We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations & Accounting Manager to join our growing team and help manage internal operations, HR functions, and accounting.

• Oversee Quick Books accounting, including daily reconciliation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Handle payroll, employee setup (W2 and 1099), and ensure HR compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support operations for the healthcare and tech development teams, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
• Coordinate with leadership on budgets, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Help manage onboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications.
• Assist in developing efficient internal systems and processes to support business growth.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or HR (preferably in healthcare or tech environments).
• Proficient in Quick Books (required).
• Strong understanding of payroll, HR compliance, and employee setup (W2/1099).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Able to work in-office 3 days per week in either Westlake Village, CA or Philadelphia, PA.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
