Job Overview
Senior Application Developer (C#, SQL Server, AI-Accelerated, AWS Cloud) will design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications, leveraging AI-powered tools and AWS services to accelerate delivery and quality.
Core Responsibilities- Use AI tools like Cursor and Git Hub Copilot for rapid prototyping, intelligent code completion, refactoring, and generating unit tests.
- Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET (Core/Framework) services and applications, specializing in back-end logic, APIs (e.g., ASP.NET Web API), and enterprise solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and tune high-performance SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and complex queries; analyze existing SQL code for performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Integrate applications with key AWS services: SQS for decoupling microservices, SES for transactional emails, S3 for object storage and static content hosting.
- Enforce high standards of unit testing, maintain required code coverage, integrate coverage analysis into CI/CD pipeline; employ BDD and TDD techniques, using AI-assisted tools.
- Manage small development projects independently, contribute as a senior team member on larger initiatives under Agile Methodologies; prepare, configure, and automate deployments to various environments, including production; provide technical support for escalated issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (XP, Scrum).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgre
SQL, SQL Server). - Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing.
- Experience with Linux and open source software.
- Financial services experience, especially mortgages and mortgage-backed securities, is desirable.

$90,000 - $150,000. Salary varies by role, location, skills, and experience. Eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives.
