We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
