OverviewThe Real Estate Specialist 2 is responsible for corporate portfolio management, including data integrity across platforms to deliver impactful analysis. This person will help manage, plan and coordinate onsite activities as needed.
Responsibilities- Manage the purchasing process for facility related items, including interacting with internal and external customers as it relates to the specific purchase.
- Lead office expansion/closing/moving projects, such as furniture inventory, onsite vendor meetings, office clean out, employee support as well as travel to remote locations.
- Manage existing vendor relationships including direct communication for coordinating work and seeking proposals for services.
- Assist in managing lease agreement obligations including maintaining critical dates and specific lease obligations.
- Maintain data integrity within property management systems, managing assigned office location records with accurate data.
- Assist with managing budget(s) associated with specific office locations
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy
Manage the day to day domestic office facilities operations and assist with a portion of international office facilities operations to ensure a conducive work environment. This includes a focus on utilities, office access, custodial and furniture. Complete complex individual employee facility requests.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in Facilities or similar role
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
- Experience and knowledge of using SQL to analyze data.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
- Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight
- Good knowledge of systems administration
- Good Knowledge of operating systems such as AutoCAD AXIS Camera Brivo or other relevant Facility software
- Up to 20% travel time required
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a CRE position or similar role
- Microsoft Windows and Office expert

- Up to 25% travel time required
Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $68,000-$120,000 and eligible for benefits
