Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

* Assist in the preparation of SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and earnings releases.

* Assist in the development and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc internal reporting deliverables

* Prepare supporting schedules, analyses, and tie-outs for external and internal reporting.

* Help maintain reporting checklists, calendars, and documentation to ensure compliance with deadlines.

* Conduct financial statement analyses and benchmarking to ensure completeness and accuracy of disclosures.

* Support the monthly and quarterly close process through preparation of work papers and analytical reviews.

* Prepare and record cost allocations between departments and sales channels.

* Provide requested documentation and analysis for external auditors and internal controls testing.

* Assist with the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and SOX documentation.

* Ensure reporting and accounting activities comply with GAAP and company policies.

* Partner with the GL, revenue, FP&A, legal, and other teams to support reporting deliverables and special projects.

* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements within reporting and accounting.
