Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, and prepare and implement appropriate products and services. - Work-Life Balance:

Work outside the office at local schools and municipalities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. - Personal Attributes:

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self confidence. - Mindset:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing.
- Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training.

- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, tied to completion of FINRA licensing.
- Base Salary:
Annual salary of $24,000 as a 20th Edition RBG financial professional. - Commissions and Bonus:
Eligible for commissions and bonus in addition to base salary. - Benefits Eligibility:
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP).
