• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Licensing:
  State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

• FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing.
• Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training.

• Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, tied to completion of FINRA licensing.
• Base Salary:
  Annual salary of $24,000 as a 20th Edition RBG financial professional.
• Commissions and Bonus:
  Eligible for commissions and bonus in addition to base salary.
• Benefits Eligibility:
  Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP).
