Job Overview

A unique opportunity to join the rapidly growing Kinetic Wealth Investment Advisors as a Financial Advisor/Wealth Management Associate. The company provides comprehensive wealth management solutions to successful professionals, high net worth families and business owners throughout the country. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Meeting individually with clients using the Certified Financial Planner’s Financial Planning Process to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets.
  • Developing comprehensive financial and wealth management plans using industry leading financial planning tools.
  • Offering strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools to meet the individual client’s financial objectives.
  • Oversee the course of the client’s financial plan and update it if necessary.
  • Cultivate current client relationships and service existing clients.
  • Network, identify and pursue potential clients to maintain a strong client base.
  • Assist founder on client service meetings, portfolio analysis and management.
  • Maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry.
Qualifications and Skills
  • BS degree in Finance or related field.
  • Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience a plus.
  • Established book of business preferred, not required.
  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience.
  • Securities License(Series 6 or
    7).
  • Life, Accident and Health insurance desired.
  • Series 65 within 1 year of employment.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management/financial planning.
  • Certified Financial Planner or other industry certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Microsoft Office and industry standard software.
Job Type
  • Full-time in office. Remote work is not available in this position as training and in-person meetings are vitally important to development of position
Compensation
  • Salary plus commission.
