Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient PRN

Location: 23550 Center Ridge Road, Suite 105, Westlake, Ohio 44145

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is perfect for a licensed PTA with outpatient experience who values work‑life balance. We’ll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you.

This role involves treating a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on individuals with neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, Guillain‑Barré syndrome (GBS), spinal cord injury (SCI), multiple sclerosis (MS), and traumatic brain injury (TBI). Clinicians will also work with medically complex cases, including amputees, patients recovering from COVID‑19, and those with multiple traumatic injuries. Additionally, the position includes care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal upper extremity conditions.

There is potential for this role to transition into a Full‑Time position.

Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Responsibility for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
