Occupational Therapist - PRN

Position: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Location: 23550 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon‑Fri)

Compensation: $55.00/hour

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is perfect for someone with outpatient experience who values work‑life balance. We’ll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you.

This role involves evaluating, treating, and discharging patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including neuromuscular conditions (stroke, GBS, SCI, MS, TBI) and medically complex cases (amputees, COVID‑19 recovery, multiple traumas). You’ll also manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal upper extremity injuries, including splinting. The position may be split between our Westlake, OH (20648) and Middleburg Heights, OH (20639) clinics, with potential to transition into full‑time as patient volume grows.

  Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPPA guidelines.
• Leadership:
  Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.
• Personalized Treatment:
  Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and demonstrate completion of patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy
• State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license
