RA - Caregiver (Full Time Night Shift) at Life Enriching Communities

Location: Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145

Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM

You are a caring and dependable team player who takes pride in supporting others. You help our residents with their daily needs in a respectful and compassionate way, and your attention to detail ensures a clean, safe, and supportive environment for everyone in our community.

• Participate in shift change reports
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience
• Launder residents' belongings
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital (preferred)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
