ACHE is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to organize and conduct a Physical Therapy program for patients with physical or psychosocial disabilities. You will develop treatment plans, guide patient participation, and assist with discharge planning within our care continuum.
Responsibilities include educating patients and families, performing evaluations, and supporting department operations. Requires BLS and Ohio license (or MCS) with potential travel up to 10%.
