Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Systems Analyst to work on a key strategic program.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working on projects with diverse scope and complex business and technical requirements in a multi-platform, highly integrated data environment.

The role involves gathering requirements for new features or enhancements and analyzing data throughout its lifecycle to support development teams and specify data requirements.

• Gather and document requirements for new features or enhancements related to alternate investment data initiatives.
• Analyze existing system functionality, leveraging data models and SQL queries, and reflect findings in clear functional documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Design and implement dimensional data models.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure operational stability and performance of data systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
• 6–8 years of professional experience in data systems analysis.
• Experience in investment banking, finance, venture capital, asset management, or wealth management (required).
• Expertise in data-related projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong SQL experience (ANSI SQL, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Ability to deliver clear business value and articulate technical solutions effectively.
