The Treasury Business Systems Analyst will serve as a senior business-side lead for the Liquidity platform modernization initiative. The role will translate liquidity regulatory reporting, analytics, forecasting, stress testing, and governance needs into clear business and functional requirements; coordinate design decisions across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology; and help deliver a scalable, modular, FR 2052a-first liquidity platform while preserving the stability and compliance of the existing environment.
What you have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with data governance and control disciplines, including data quality, lineage, metadata, issue management, audit evidence, change management, and documentation in a regulated environment.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive decisions, manage competing priorities, explain tradeoffs, and create alignment across business and technology teams.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability for high-quality outcomes.
Working knowledge of FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, liquidity stress testing, intraday liquidity, forecasting, funds transfer pricing, or related Treasury processes is strongly preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, process-modeling tools, relational databases, cloud data platforms, and reporting or analytics tools is preferred. What you'll do:
Lead business analysis and requirements management for assigned Liquidity modernization work streams, from discovery and current-state assessment through design, testing, implementation, and post-production validation.
Partner with Treasury subject-matter experts to define an FR 2052a-first data foundation that can support FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, liquidity stress testing, forecasting, intraday monitoring, FTP, CFP/KRI monitoring, and liquidity analytics.
Translate business, regulatory, and control expectations into complete, testable requirements for modular calculation services, governed data assets, interfaces, workflow, adjustments, auditability, lineage, and sandbox or what-if capabilities.
