**** The Expertise and Skills You Bring
*** Over 5 years of proven experience in project management, operations, grants management, or process improvement.
* Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to complete projects while finding opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience collaborating with clients or functioning within a client-facing group.
* Ability to synthesize client objectives and develop efficient plans to meet their goals.
* Experience conducting research and understanding the nonprofit sector.
* A B.A. or B.S. degree.
* Interest or exposure to philanthropy, charitable giving, and grantmaking.
* Capability to lead select internal business processes of the Philanthropic Consulting team, such as invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.

We collaborate directly with clients and coordinate with other advisors, including tax, legal, and financial professionals. A growing area of our business is serving as an outsourced grants manager to institutional clients and companies. We act as an extension of our clients’ teams, informing their processes, liaising with their grantees, and helping them achieve greater impact.##
