Are you a hands-on technician who loves solving tough problems and keeping production lines humming at peak performance? We're growing our team in Westlake, OH, and looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help us produce exceptional Food products that bring flavor to coffee shops, dessert spots, and restaurants across the country.
In this essential role, you'll focus on optimizing our manufacturing equipment—performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues quickly to reduce downtime, implementing upgrades for smoother runs, and driving ongoing improvements in efficiency and product quality. Your work will directly support our commitment to small-batch craftsmanship using premium ingredients.
What Makes This Role a Great Fit:- Strong Compensation: $30.00 - $31.00/hour plus shift differential
- Convenient Shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am
- Standard
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed (open to overtime and weekend availability) - Location: Westlake, OH – no travel required
- Setting: Vibrant food production facility with a strong emphasis on safety and quality
- Partner with production teams to maintain a safe, reliable operation
- Support facility-wide sanitation and food safety standards
- Drive proactive maintenance initiatives to prevent issues before they arise
- Help manage parts inventory and ensure daily priorities are met efficiently
- Accurately log work details in our maintenance tracking systems
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support team goals
You're a proactive, independent professional who takes ownership of your work and enjoys collaborating with others. You bring:
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and the ability to mentor teammates technically
- Comfort reading equipment schematics and understanding machinery
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation
- Adaptability to flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a technical or industrial setting
Qualifications:
- Formal training or apprenticeship in a skilled trade (mechanical, electrical, machining, pipe fitting, etc.)
