In this role, you will be responsible for Sync Show’s inbound and outbound marketing, including social media, sales collateral, client communications, and email marketing. You will work independently, supporting our sales team members to fill the pipeline with leads. You will also be responsible for overseeing our CRM (customer relationship management) tool and writing proposals.
The right person is an ambitious self‑starter with a high capacity for managing multiple tactics. This person is someone who knows digital marketing, can work independently but also within a team environment. The role reports to one of our client services managers and provides the opportunity for growth to an Account Strategy role.
This position requires you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
What you can expect in a Senior Associate, Marketing & Sales Support role at Sync Show- Bring proactive and strategic marketing insights to fruition
- Collaborate with the strategy team to develop Sync Show’s marketing strategy and content calendar
- Create and implement marketing initiatives from start to finish to reach our ideal customer base and fill our sales pipeline
- Ensure marketing initiatives and content are timely so they’re deployed to align, in real time, with events going on at Sync Show
- Work closely with sales to enhance business development efforts
- Provide work‑in‑progress updates to the Sales Team
- Assist the sales team with administrative responsibilities and reporting
- Write and produce proposals for sales opportunities
- Input data into our CRM tool, Hub Spot
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Manage time and productivity in our project management system, Click Up
- Manage quality assurance testing on all projects before deployment

- Knowledge of CRM/CMS software, or the ability to quickly learn Hub Spot marketing
- Strong ability to build relationships and receive feedback

- 4+ years of marketing experience for professional services. Digital marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, management, communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to analyze and resolve publishing/production issues
- Ability to develop, communicate, and enforce project plans with Sync Show employees, customers, and vendors
- Ability to be a proactive, highly motivated, and engaged individual, often needing to manage up in order to get things done
- Must enjoy working independently, but also enlist the support of, and collaborate with, a team
- This is a full‑time position, however, we will consider part‑time candidates.
- Candidates must reside within driving distance of our office in Westlake, Ohio, as this position requires in‑office attendance at least 3 full days per week.
- Off‑site attendance at events after normal hours may be required from time to time.
