The Difference You’ll Make
Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plansAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilitySafely transfer and reposition residents using appropriate techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)Monitor and promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staffRespond to call lights, phone inquiries, and in‑person requests in a timely and professional mannerSupport residents with dignity, compassion, and respectCollaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure continuity and quality of carePromote a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and team membersQualifications
Education Required:
Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training ActCurrent, active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification through the Ohio Nurse Aide RegistryExperience Preferred
Previous experience in long‑term care, transitional care, assisted living, or memory care settingsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
