• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage all customers to create an excellent store experience and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Monitor productivity of the team and coach as necessary.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy, signage, and store phasing standards.
• Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support the store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Able to train others.
• Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
