Financial Professional - Retirement Benefits Group
Location:
Cleveland, Lorain (Lake County), Westlake (Ohio) – positions available across multiple sites.
- Client Engagement:
Cultivate and expand your network within established markets. - Products and Services Consultation:
Educate clients on our diverse financial products and services, demonstrating how these solutions can be tailored to meet their unique needs. - Client Service and Implementation:
Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, prepare and implement appropriate products and services. - Work‑Life Balance:
Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time. - Location:
Work outside the office, including local schools and municipalities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience. - Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. - Personal Attributes:

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence. - Mindset:

- FINRA Sponsorship:
Provided for required FINRA licensing. - Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day hands‑on training.
- Virtual University:
Access to Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University for continuous learning. - Mentorship:
Opportunities for joint work and mentorship. - Personalized
Coaching:
Local Vice President coaching throughout the journey. - Leadership Development:
Access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition. - Professional Growth:
Encouragement to pursue designations such as CFP®, ChFC, and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250‑$1,000 after successful completion of the PEP agreement.
- Base Salary:
After PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional; annual salary $24,000. - Commissions and Bonus:
Eligible to earn commissions and bonus beyond base salary. - Benefits Eligibility:
