Location:

Cleveland, Lorain (Lake County), Westlake (Ohio) – positions available across multiple sites.

Skills & Experience

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing:
  State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

Training & Development

• FINRA Sponsorship:
  Provided for required FINRA licensing.
• Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day hands‑on training.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250‑$1,000 after successful completion of the PEP agreement.
• Base Salary:
  After PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional; annual salary $24,000.
• Commissions and Bonus:
  Eligible to earn commissions and bonus beyond base salary.
• Benefits Eligibility:
  Health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program.
