Job Description:

SIGNING BONUS UP TO $5,000*

Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake is seeking a motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to make a purchase. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase our inventory
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties
• Work with customers to determine their purchasing options and negotiate deals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Automotive sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
