We’re seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer experiences. • On-call rotation shared among the team (balanced and fairly scheduled ahead)

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs and recommendations
• Complete work orders and service tickets accurately using Service Titan
• Utilization of Service Titan for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management — experience preferred
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
• Maintain company vehicle and inventory in a clean, organized condition
• Uphold All Weather Heating & Cooling’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

• 2+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
