Java Backend Engineer

We are seeking skilled Java Backend Engineers to join a high-impact team driving enterprise platform modernization.

This role involves designing and integrating innovative solutions, building robust applications, and collaborating within an Agile environment to deliver scalable and maintainable systems.

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Build and consume REST API-based integrations and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions while taking ownership of individual deliverables.
• Work on large-scale IT transformation projects, including migration and modernization.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD processes and best practices for deployment and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack programming and building scalable applications.
• Strong experience with Java 1.8/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands‑on experience with messaging technologies and REST API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with application testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of SOAP web services and API security.
• Experience with Apache Struts and PL/SQL.
• Prior experience in large-scale IT transformation projects.
