Designs and develops Cloud platform using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud services (IAM), Networking, and Cloud Formation. Builds secure Cloud solutions using Python, Java, Node.js, Cloud Formation, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Implements Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Maintains Cloud platforms, frameworks, and security capabilities for platform developers. Collaborates with teams to identify and create solutions that improve the developer experience and streamline the migration of applications to the Cloud.

Builds tools and processes to advance the organization’s ability to leverage the public Cloud to solve business problems. Updates software or enhance existing software capabilities. Coordinates database development and maintains databases within an application area.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.
* Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.
* Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
* Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
* Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
* Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.
* Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.
* Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.
* Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.
* Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer (or closely related occupation) deploying, testing, and operating Cloud based applications and software components, using Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer (or closely related occupation) deploying, testing, and operating Cloud based applications and software components, using Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.Skills

and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:
* Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) designing and developing Cloud applications in AWS, using Application Programming Interface (API) Gateways and serverless functions (AWS Lambda and Step Functions).
* DE deploying, testing, and operating Cloud based applications in a financial services environment, including designing and building scalable and resilient applications in the Cloud, using Python, Java, Spring Boot, or C#.
* DE developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, or automation status result dashboards; and re-platforming and migrating legacy monolithic applications to Cloud deployable services, using Java, Spring Boot, and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL).
* DE designing and developing interactive front-end applications using Angular and Type Script within a Cloud-hosted microservices environment; implementing reusable User Interface (UI) components and business logic, using JavaScript and Angular to enhance scalability and maintainability of enterprise systems.#PE1M2#LI-DNI## ##
