• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals.

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military (or equivalent renal) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
• Current RN license if required by state.
• Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligned with business needs.
• Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
