Grand Traverse Resort in Northern Michigan seeks a Bellperson to ensure smooth guest arrivals and transitions to the front desk. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, deliver amenities and help with packages while maintaining 4 Diamond service at all times.
Responsibilities include valet duties occasionally, laundry/dry cleaning pickup and delivery, and maintaining lobby cleanliness. Must be at least 21 with a Chauffeur/CDL license and strong customer service skills.
